With our process we emphasize the coffee´s attributes

The ripe coffee cherries are pulped after being hand picked, then sun dried on clay patios, stored in wooden bins where it is left to mature before hulling. Sized over 16 screen, hand sorted and constantly cupped to insure the same high quality. It is packed in bags prelabled according to specifications and destination given by the buyer.
